Frequently asked questions.

How much does it cost to get my house cleaned?

This question is very hard for us to answer. Each house is so unique.

Short answer, first-time cleans or one-time cleans are hourly. Our rates start at $50.00 dollars an hour. We do a walk-through and give you an estimate on how long we think it will take us.

Regular scheduled cleans

Monthly and bi-weekly’s, we give you a set rate after completing a walk-through.

Best guess:

3,000 sq ft home would AVERAGE $300

1,500 sq ft home would AVERAGE $150

Our Rates start at $50 an hour for one cleaner.

Here are factors to consider.

  • How many people live in the home?

  • Do you have messy kids? (trick question. They are all messy)

  • Do you have pets?

  • Wood floors vs tile or carpet?

  • Material- do you have a lot of natural stone and real wood?

  • Decorations style( minimalist to lots of collectibles)?

  • How picked up and organized is your space?

  • How many bathrooms?

  • What do you want clean?

  • How often do you want it cleaned?

  • When was the last time it was cleaned?

  • What is the lifestyle of the home?

  • Is your home picked up or messy?

This is why we do walk-throughs. so we can fully know what we will need to clean and how long it will take us.

What should my house look like before cleaners come?

We always say “The more picked up, the better the clean.”

This is not a strict rule. However, it is better for both cleaners and the client to have it as picked up as possible.

We suggest you have floors and counter/tabletops cleared for cleaning.

We know our clients are busy and sometimes the house is the last on the priorities list. So we are very understanding and can work around areas that have not been picked up or are on the messier side. Example- In the kitchen, we move the knife stands, small appliances, and decorations. but if you have keys, pens, receipts, and miscellaneous we might push to the side and clean them around.

We do have a door open and shut policy that helps us know if the room is ready or needs to be skipped this time. Rooms get skipped if we can’t see the floor(This is pretty normal in kids’ rooms). If the bathroom counter has makeup all spread out. We will not move all to 'clean and then put them all back(unless it’s all in a makeup bag.) In that case, we would push up to the side and clean around as best as possible. In some cases, we might just be cleaning the faucet, mirror, and sink. Usually, that’s when we can’t see the counter. For things like that we recommend you pick it up that morning before we come. If things are terrible, we have to pick up space before we start. we will contact you to ask either to be a little more prepared or will adjust the price for the added work.

Here is a video, that walks you through what we recommend to get the most bang for your buck. Especially if it’s the big clean or a one-time clean.
